Separate from your clients’ own plans. Advisory plans cover you — your access across your client book. Each client still runs their own Cash Runway account on a consumer plan (Pocket → Reserve). Annual billing is the monthly rate −20%, rounded to whole dollars.
Questions advisors ask
Do my clients need to pay too?+
Your advisory plan covers your access across your book. Each client keeps their own account; many start free (API-only) and upgrade when they want the full app. You see their data either way once they connect Xero to you.
What counts toward the request budget?+
Agent / AI calls across all your connected clients — the same “query” unit the consumer plans use. Opening dashboards in the app doesn't count. Budgets are generous; you'll see usage live.
How is a client's data protected?+
Read-only Xero access, granted by the client. You only ever see clients who've connected to you, and seat-level scoping lets you limit which advisors see which clients.
What's the difference between advisory and support partners?+
Advisory partners advise on the numbers, so they pull client financial data — that's a paid plan. Support partners refer and implement without data access — that's always free.
Can I move up a plan as I grow?+
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately (pro-rated); add clients and advisor seats as your book grows.
Is there a revenue share?+
Yes — both advisory and support partners earn on clients they bring to Cash Runway. Details in the partner agreement.
